Haley Garofalo

Haley (she/her) spends her time at the NYU Tandon Career Hub cultivating relationships with employers and finding new opportunities to connect them to students at Tandon. She is passionate about supporting students in reflecting on the skill sets and experiences they have gained during their time at NYU, and learning how to leverage these skills in the workforce. She wants to ensure that all students have the qualifications, information, and connections they need to be successful after graduation. Prior to joining Tandon, Haley spent 5.5 years at the NYU Wasserman Center coaching students, engaging with employers in the non-profit, healthcare, and education fields, and supporting team wide communication efforts.  Her previous work experience with Teach For America, HBO, and NYU Service have shaped her passion to help students navigate their pathways to success. In her free time, Haley enjoys visiting global, national, and local parks.

Haley earned her BS in Human Development from SUNY Binghamton, and a MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs from NYU Steinhardt. Additionally, she is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Management from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.
