This team prepares future technology leaders through hands-on engagement in agile product development and innovation management, working with both industry partners and university-wide internal stakeholders to transform emerging technologies into market innovation.
This team aims at creating an immersive and hands-on learning environment where students across schools can develop strategic leadership capabilities in innovation and technology management while working on real-world projects. Through structured engagement with industry partners and university stakeholders, students learn to navigate the complete innovation lifecycle, from initial concept through market implementation. The program emphasizes practical experience in agile methodologies, product development, and technology commercialization.
