Arezoo joined NYU in 2021. Her teaching and research involve theoretical and computational solid and fluid mechanics. Her goal is to use computational methods to model phenomena in solid and fluid mechanics and multiphysics with applications in manufacturing MEMS/NEMS devices and bioengineering. The computational modeling uses finite element analysis, boundary element method, and finite difference method.
Prior to joining NYU, she was a lecturer at University at Buffalo. She has also worked in oil and gas industry as a design engineer.
